How do you package discus for shipping?

Your discus fish are triple bagged and packed in insulated containers that are equipped with adequate moisture, oxygen, and warm packs to ensure they remain healthy throughout their journey. We ship our discus via UPS, and they are guaranteed to reach your destination in no more than 24 hours. We usually use a 12x12x12 box unless the order exceeds 4 fish.

What happens if my discus arrive dead?

We guarantee live delivery. If your discus arrive dead, please take pictures and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will be happy to solve the problem with you as soon as possible.

Are there any legal restrictions on shipping discus to my location?

Any customer living in the United States can purchase our product without any problems or restrictions

What should I do when I receive my discus?

Once you receive your discus make sure to acclimate them correctly (Read the article under Useful Information on how to do it). We recommend a full 7-days QT before adding the fish to your main tank. Finally, keep us updated by sending pictures and videos, we will happily add your fish to our website gallery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its status until delivery.
